This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Reliability Pro ("the App") for mobile devices, developed by Kunadian Academy.
Most of the App's engineering tools run entirely on your device and do not require an account. The App also offers an optional account, used to manage a free trial and premium subscription. If you create an account, we collect:
Sensor features (such as barometer, vibration, and acoustic diagnostics) process readings locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored by us.
We use the information above solely to provide account management and app functionality — creating your account, signing you in, and determining your trial and subscription access. We do not use your data for advertising or third-party analytics.
We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Storage) to operate accounts and store the data described above. Firebase processes this data on our behalf under Google's privacy and security terms. Subscription payments are processed by Google Play, Apple, or Stripe, which handle payment information directly; we do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing kunadian.academy@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", or via our deletion page. Requests are processed within 30 days.
The App is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
